Some helpful information about custom designs:

There is typically a non-refundable design fee of $10 added to the invoice; however, this fee is applied to your final cost. Please note: If your project is especially complex or unusual, additional fees may apply to compensate for design time. I will contact you before proceeding, should that be the case.

Payment is due in full at the time your custom order is placed and prior to the commencement of any work. If you decide to cancel your order BEFORE I begin work on the project, I will refund your payment. If I have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund. Otherwise, no refunds or returns will be granted on custom or personalized orders; however, please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your final product. I will do my best to resolve any problems.

Communication during the design phase is critical. Please be as detailed as possible. There is no charge for UP TO three proof revisions. Additional proofs/revisions are $10 each.

Once you contact me and we decide to move forward with a custom design together, you will receive an emailed invoice and a custom order agreement. Invoice payment indicates that you have read the agreement and that you understand, acknowledge and accept all terms stated in the policy/contract order agreement.
