Ordered 31 ornaments, a significant order. Turn around was amazing. Shipping was carefully packaged to prevent damage. The craftsmanship was superb. Sharp details in the cuts. Lovely stain work for the colors. I collaborated with T&I to alter the ornaments - the advice was spot on and the custom ornaments were admired by the recipients. Highly recommend.
