I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or modifications to orders that have been paid and approved via proof. This includes, but is not limited to the impacts of COVID-19/Coronavirus. If your event/celebration is delayed or canceled, and your custom or personalized order has already been proofed and processed, I cannot refund, alter or cancel the order.

Handcrafted: My items are handcrafted by me which means there will be inconsistencies, variations and imperfections. You will find perfect products in all the big box stores but, it is my belief, those items lack the thoughtfulness, the love and the character that goes into each and every piece that I create.

Color: I have done my best to represent all colors accurately; however, actual colors may vary. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.

Wood: I primarily craft with Baltic Birch veneer plywood. Baltic birch wood veneer (and other wood veneers) can vary in color from very white to reddish-brown, depending on whether it is sapwood or heartwood. Sapwood comes from the tree layers closest to the outer bark and heartwood comes from the center core of the trunk. Because of this, baltic birch will produce wide variations in colors and grain patterns when stained and no two pieces will appear the same. Therefore, I cannot guarantee a final finish color or grain, and any product examples or stain or paint color selection charts are offered as an approximation. Part of the charm of wood decor is that wood has a mind of its own, lending to the unique and one-of-a-kind appearance of each item.
